In 2024, we introduced two major updates: Splynx 4.3 and Splynx 5.0. Over the year, the system received more than 300 enhancements and updates, improving performance, streamlining operations, and enhancing features across billing, network management, reporting, customer management, and more.

Easily link accounts in a main-sub relationship to centralize payments. Ideal for families or businesses, this feature allows a main account to manage and pay for all services associated with its sub-accounts.

A redesigned mobile scheduling app with an enhanced interface, improved user experience, and advanced features to simplify task management and workflows for technicians on the go.
đź“ŤInventory integration into Scheduling
Boost efficiency by integrating inventory with scheduling tasks. Easily add inventory items, manage actions like selling or linking, and handle everything directly within the task interface.
đź“Ť Service and account cancellation
A seamless cancellation of services with automatic refund calculations. If a fully paid service is canceled early, the system calculates the unused balance, generates a credit note, and credits the customer’s account. This credit can be used for future payments or refunded upon request.

Wi-Fi Hotspot Software
Initially, Powerlynx was developed as a replacement for Facebook’s Express Wi-Fi solution, which was discontinued. Today, it has evolved into a full-scale, easy-to-use platform designed to lower connectivity costs, bridge the digital divide, and empower service providers with scalable tools to expand and succeed.
